this is my latest chair design ‘off-cuts soul’. made from off-cuts of pinus radiata ply. the workshop i was working in at the time had a lack of machinery and i wanted to try something new so solid timber was out of the picture. the stain is a mix of bits and peices of left-overs making a rich candy red on brown, coated with danish organic oil.

GOOD GRIEF! That’s amazing but the glueup had to be a nightmare. On second thought just the pictures of it could cause nightmares!
