i am from Alabama and for the last two years we have been honored to have two college football national titles and two heismen trophy winners (thats the lead in). this piece (2 built) was built for a fan of the state of alabama football, he purchased two footballs one for each school (Auburn & Alabama with autographs). he wanted to be able to leave the footballs in the original boxes. the boxes are made of red oak with polyurathane only. box sizes are +/- 15”x11”x9”h. many more cases to be built for his collectable college stuff. comments and suggestions please. ty all for viewing.

I really enjoyed looking at this and was wondering how you attached the glass (or is it plexi) did you use glass fasteners all the way around or is the bottom slotted for the glass? Thanks in advance.

top glass is attached with fasteners, the sides are slotted for entry thru bottom, then screwed bottom to sides so that glass can be replaced if it breaks. thanks for looking.
