This is a nice box. The rope molding adds a nice detail.

What is the lid? glass? plexiglass? acrylic? It is a nice shadow box, and would look good anywhere. I’m with there on the lathe purchase, but then again, you could buy a “Legacy mill” like GaryK and be done with it.
