Was not sure what to get Brandi and Jason . Jason is a good friend of my son Jason , I was very happy they invited us to there wedding . jason would help me out when i needed a hand and my son was not around.
Shara and Peter , Peter being my son and father of are twin grand -daughters
They are made from Maple ( that stuff was hard too cut ) with a Cherry base

I agree with Greg….They will cherish them for years to come! Anything handmade to me is a wonderful gift! I would rather have something that some one took the time & effort to make than something store bought!

Very beautiful, both of them. They are going to love them. How did you attach the cross to the base?

Great looking – where did you get the pattern if I may ask. And YES I am in the process of cutting some maple and it is HARD.

Thanks all !
The pattern I received like 4 years ago when MSN still had forums . The designer was Sylvia after MSN closed the fourms down she was on SSWC for a short time then her husband retired and nobody has heard from her in like 3 years now
It is mounted were the ring touches the base and screwed and glue on the bottom of the cross also. The hardest part is adding the text to it .
