This is a really nice looking kayak. I would enjoy, not only making something like this, but putting it to the test. Enjoy the “fruits of your labor”.

Very nice. I really want to build something like this one of these days!

I have looked at some of the Bear Mountain plans for kayaks. I have a copy of kayak craft, a truly great and informative book. I would just love to build a strip kayak or canoe someday. Just don’t know how I would ever get it out of my shop; LOL.

Your project looks like it came out mighty nice. What design is it?..... enjoy!

Wonderful looking kayak. It looks like it goes pretty good over the water.

My wife does not put he foot down on 99% of my projects, but building ANY kind of boat is verbotent! I will have to put something soft down so she doesn’t hurt her foot when I try to build some kind of boat. Yours is beautiful. I have read many articles and booklets about kayaks and when my wife sees me reading them, she rolls her eyes…LOL I think I will make something really nice for her and then drop da’ bomb on her…LOL
