I made this for my son who graduated from Cub to boy Scouts this Summer. It’s a mahogany box, and I have no idea what the door is made from – it was a scrap I found on the side of the road.

In 3 years, I want to see the second box for all of the Boy Scout badges… especially for making EAGLE in the Boy Scouts. I learned so much from my son as he made his journey to Eagle!

Oustanding box! I am on my way to a acout meeting tonight for my boys. I was trying to come up with something to do with my son who is going to be moving from cubs to the troop this winter. I think a version of what you did their would be a great project for him and I to work on before his cross over.

thanks for sharing.

Red Barn Worker… if your son has an Arrow of Light Award, you could mount that on a plaque for him. Just an idea.

I wish your son success and good times on his journey to Eagle. I sure had fun on mine and made many many good friends.

Congratulations, it’s a great box for what appears to be a considerable achievement from you son.
