This is a small project that I recently completed. Overall it took me a little over 12 hours to build. It is made from some Hickory that I picked up extremely cheap locally. The color variation of the heart and sap woods make a statement.
All the lumber is rough 5/4 so the legs are milled/glued to 1 1/2” thick and the top is a full 3/4”. Mortise and tenon construction. Knots were filled and colored using epoxy. Finish is eight coats of sprayed poly.
