Sand Dollar pendant.
44×47 x 3 mm

it’s not woodwork – it’s mokume gane made by me: 32 layers /brass, copper, nickel silver/ – but looks like wood :D . Beautiful material.

I made it by jig saw and dremel tool.
I hope You like it.

Wow. This is really beautiful. I’m curious. Is this material made this way?

Thanks everyone!

@moment hej! Very nice to hear that! Sure i’m happy – I’m father since tuesday! That’s huge motivation to work!

@TJCROSS at the beginning this material has wood-like structure [like this one: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/8/8a/Mokumebillet.png], but pattern can be change by drilling, cutting etc. and flattening billet by hammer and press to the end, so there is many possibilities. It’s not that simple to do this billet :D

pozdrawiam!
