These are some of my creations in the form of Snakewood. I love this stuff. I mean, it’s about as cooperative as a mule BUT you just cant beat that glassy shine after you buff it right?

Yes very nice looking. Worked with it myself and it turns very nice, but drills poorly. Any heat build up is not so good. Thanks for sharing!

Very nice grain patterns in the Snakewood : )
Are you saying that there is no finish on these , just buffed ?

Thanks guys. :)
Dusty56, These are finished yes. I use tung oil but this stuff never soaks much of it up. But I buff with with tripoli on a spiral sewn wheel and then with green chrome on a soft wheel. Sometimes I use a plain leather belt on my belt sander too. Any of those make it smooth as glass. That and I wore one myself for over a year and my experience was that it got even smoother with time
