i saw a cremation box i thought i could make trying to do box joints…no reason other than i liked the shape. my wife sees it during dry fitting it and says,so,are you making me a box?(insert your own joke here). so with a small modification,she now has a box,then i made some more for christmas gifts.’ made all out of scrap pine wood i had . my wife said she will put the poly on for me,i hate that part, and she does a better job at it anyways.

Love it. Thanks for posting it. I want to learn how to make a reasonable box joint sooner than later.

Great Job on the joints! I am currently trying to learn how and it is a very slow process for me. Maybe i’ll get the hang of it.

Lovely boxes.. I love them. I’ve just registered for a seminar at Lee Valley for making finger joint boxes on the scroll saw, so I’d love to try and make a box just like you have done here. You did an awesome job, keep up the good work.

Nice job on the boxes. BJJ on the TS?

<joke>
“Wife wants one of the boxes”.
What’s she gonna say when she can’t get the lid off unless she turns the box upside down? LOL!
</joke>

She applies poly on all = she gets one for herself. Nice trade. :)
