Another natural edge Cedar bowl

This is a bowl that came from the cedar that I saved from the burn pile at a friends place. It was another crotch piece. I sanded to 320 and finished with 4 coats of shellac. I was happy with the shape of the bowl.

Another beauty! Tell me, did you apply the shellac with the adjacent hose?

Yep, another nice one! That’s why crotches are my favorite part of the wood.

Gewhiz wouldn’t we all like some of this timber, you certainly stumbled on some wood pile with this lot Adam, very nice

Lol..Andrew, no..the wife had a nozzle for.the his setting on the table.

Erwin, mine too.

Pete, I wish I could share some of this. I ended up with good luck with this pile unlike the usual cracked and punky wood.

Adam,
Another great piece you have made my friend. That shellac really set this piece off, and it is an easy finish to apply.
