A couple of much needed items for my Shop. I need more pencil holders though. The mallet makes quite a difference when chopping. And of course I am loving my new saw. Found on Craigslist for About Half of what it would cost new. I am very happy with it so far and am full of ideas on how to put it to use. I also included a picture of the saw I was using before I got the Jet. Huge difference is an understatement.

I need to make a new mallet what did you make yours out of? Cherry and maple?

Yep. Should have mentioned that. And the Pencil Holder is Poplar with Cherry keys.

Nice job on the tools and toys. My old saw looks just like yours and I kept it as a back up to use from time to time. Worth keeping if you have room.

These are very nice additions to your shop and I really do like that mallet.
