Cut from 3/4” Purpleheart. Although a very very hard wood, this was a simple project to make. Since the photo was taken, I have applied 2 coats of spray varnish, and it now looks even better than in this photo.

Very nice !
Few months ago I also cut this lion in plywood, then each peace was dyed and all glued together … makes it totally different.
