Our old nylon spatula not withstand the flame for long … lol.
We will be more careful with this new spatula incense … A fun project to do with scrap wood in no time. The finish is mineral oil.
A project of the highly recommended book of Phil Irons, Wood Turning.
Greetings.

Saludos.
Martín

Very Nice. I really like the shape and proportions.

One question- How did you get the lanyard (string) to stay in the hole?

Hi Lew. Well, make a hole 1/8’’, put glue in the hole, put the two extremes of the string, and finally put a wedge of wood with glue. The string is of cotton, embedded on mineral oil, as the rest of the spatula.

Hola Lew.

Hi Martin.

Good shape. Did you have your skew chisel wandering as Lew? Lol
