I had some wood that was too small to turn, but that didn’t stop me at all to come up a way to get it in the lathe and safety on my mind. I am still leary on using just that little part on the chuck to hold the wood. So I took and cut out of oak 4 pieces that the chuck would hold the little piece in without the worry of having it fly out. Well it worked like a charm and I ended up making this itsy bitsy angel out of one of the pieces I didn’t want to waste. I put a quarter next to the angel to compare sizes. I can’t help but giggle when I look at it. *BG
Thanks for looking!

I don’t think I could turn anything that small with my big paws. Really neat. mike
