Finished my router table, thanks to SWM for his help.

I took some ideas from SWM and Blake. The carcass is birch plywood and 2×3’s. I did torsion the top so the table top wood stay flat. I had some mahogany laying around that my Dad had given me some twenty years ago. It looks like there might have been two different kinds. So I used that for the face frame, drawer fronts, and the door casings.

I used SWM idea of smaller casters at one end, along with the heavy duty toggles to level it. What a great idea.

I installed the INCRA Mast-R-Lift II Router Lift. The 17” LS positioner I already had.

Anyway, it was a fun project and I use the router a lot.

Glad that I could help! That is a fine router table that will serve you well for years to come. The massive size and insane accuracy doesn’t hurt either!

Great job on your router table. You cannot get better than Incra. I have the same Incra setup and it is great. I only wish i would have purchased their largest top. I still might buy it anf fit to my table. I have had numerous times when a larger top would be of benefit.

Thanks for the great comments. It is really nice to have the storage for all the router related items.

Very nice cabinet. Could you post pictures with the doors and a couple of drawers open?

I just found some time to build a table for my setup and I really liked your approach. It looks great.
