A few of the many signs I’ve done over the years. All scroll sawn letters that are glued and/or pin nailed to the backer board. The surf board letters are laser engraved.

Nice work on the signs … id like to make a table for my buddy’s boat with the boats name on it … how did you do the lettering?

The lettering was produced on my computer, scroll sawed out of solid wood then micro pinned (23 gauge pin nails) and glued to the background piece.

Very impressive. When I first saw the picture, I thought it had to be done with a CNC machine. Awesome precision and design. The martini bar sign is my favorite.
