the arches are real elegant and add so much to the pieces.

PurpLev: thanks. The arches add to the pieces but add to the complexity like crazy as well. I had to rely on my hand skills as much as power tools to pull this off.

Very nice work. Love the curves. Somehow I missed your bed when you posted it…love that too…may have to borrow elements from the top rail for the one I’m designing.

I absolutely love the bed. The night stands finish it off nicely, but I can’t help but keep looking at the bed. Great choice of stain.

Nate Finch: there is no stain on any of the pieces. I used potassium dichromate to accelerate the aging but that is all (see my blog entry on this).

Nice curves! Very nice work! The nightstand curves have a gothic style. I like it!
