Groovy. Did you get it right first go or was there much trial and error involved?

Its never right the first go around, usually get it close with the mitre saw then fine tune it on the belt sander

Is that free standing or is it attached to the round base in the pic.??

It’s free standing, it’s all in the angle of the mitre.
