This was a quick couple hour job just to see if I could do it, and apparently, I can. I have a practice drumset in the garage and didn’t have a ‘throne’, so I made one. It’s not the prettiest thing in the world, but it’s pretty sturdy, and doesn’t way much at all.

Nice work!! How are the legs attached to the top? Looks like rounded tenons. How did you know what angle to drill the holes?

There was a lot of guess work with drilling holes for this in the seat and the legs for the cross supports. I probably just got lucky this time and won’t be able to do it again…

that is theee best lookin 2×4 I think I’ve ever seen. great idea. that would come in handy for any visitor coming into the shop for a visit. thnx for posting
