Resawn Chestnut barn rafter. Pine legs are tapered on two sides, and the outside corner has been rounded over, all with a handplane. Legs splay out at 5 degrees. Top has a curve cut in all four edges. Top of table is 18-3/8” high, top was 20”x 30” before the curves were cut. Table was leveled with handplanes.

this is as far as I have got on this project. 2 days later, and i had a heart attack at work. a heart cath didn’t fix things up, so a quad bypass was then done. spent 10 days in the heart center, and have another 2-1/2 months before a return to work date. when I can get back to work, then we’ll see about some more finish on some of these projects.

A few more pictures, after a second coat. Those lines aren’t sanding marks, this stuff has some curly figure to it, as well as bugs.
