This was a father’s day present to my husband. I cut the man of steel in four sections out of galvanized steel. The steel is pretty thin; I bought a pack of 5”x7” flashing material a while ago and used that. I cut the pieces of metal between two pieces of wood on my scroll saw. It cut slow, but nice and smooth. I attached the steel fretwork to a painted plywood backer and then glued all of the pieces together with an epoxy.
Thanks for looking!
