TV/DVD shelf with a difference, built to customers requirements, materials used 6mm plywood for the top shelf, 2” x 1” batten and a strip of 5/8” x 5/8” for the nosing on the front of the shelf, then two standard stair spindles were cut down for the lower shelf supports and a length of 6” x 1” for the lower shelf

Unique and very effective use of corner space, Andy. Oh, by the way, if you just turn the monitor slightly to either left or right, you’d not get the bounce back.
