This is the crib I built for our daughter Kaylee. Since she is our first child I wanted to build something that could be passed down for generations.

The design is one of my own I just incorporated features from several others I liked. The crib is made of tiger stripe and spalted maple. All mortise and tenon joints and only 12 bolts hold the four pieces together.

Very proud of how it turned out, but even more proud of our first child.

Design, wood selection, construction, finish… this is a classic all the way around!
