Thanks guys. I showed an example of GaryL’s project to a coworker of mine that wanted a bookcase and he loved the look of a painted bookcase and walnut top so we went with it.
Brandon, the top is made from walnut plywood with a walnut band. That little table used up the majority of your slab. I may have enough for a cutting board if I ever have the time to take a stab at one of those. Lincoln is doing good. Almost walking and already into everything.
