This was something I threw together for a friend of my wife. I had specific dimensions for a printer table in a co-worker’s office. The top is some walnut I had around the shop. The legs are some leftover spindles from our front porch and the rest is scrap lumber (that’s why the bottom is painted). The apron was put together with pocket screws and the legs have diagonal braces underneath with a notch to receive the edge of the spindle. This adds a lot of rigidity. The top has several coats of antique oil finish.
