Great board – I call this the “zipper style”. It really uses up those so-called scraps, doesn’t it!

Let’s see – I’ll guess:

Purpleheart, Maple, Walnut, Mahogany and POSSIBLY Cherry????

Hard Maple Yes….No Paduak in this one. Thanks for the Guess! I did not apple Lemon Oil, I only use straight Mineral oil for all my boards!

I was just joking about the lemon oil. I couldn’t resist after the picture with the lemon sitting on it.

Sorry, it looked yellowish on the Mac screen. Saw it on another screen and it looked orange on that. We did buy a lemon a couple of weeks ago that was the size of an orange.

It’s a great board, no matter what is or isn’t sitting on it.
