This is my first completed power carving. It’s acacia, finished with an oil/varnish blend. It measures 14” long, 13” wide, and 7” tall. It took way too long to complete – I spent over nine hours hand-sanding.

My 5 year old and i really like this! it is very pleasing and has comforting movement, while at the same time, it seems somehow…menacing
