this project was for one of my best customers . the 1st pic is what thier builder did for a built in unit . the door to the left of the t v has their components in it . they called and asked if i could rebuild it to allow a bigger t v . there was many challenges as they didnt want to disturb the mantle or brick and wasnt much room to the left before the wall ends . pic two is what i came up with . the arch top doors on the sides of the t v are for cd and dvd storage the doors on the bottom open and the components are behind on full extention slides so you can pull them out to access the wireing . there are no speakers there i put the speaker cloth there for circulation . around the corner to the left i put two vents with two 3 in. fans behind each vent for cooling . under the corner of the t v i put a small eye that you cant see to run their various remotes .

This is a very nice job. I kept have to switch back and forth between the pictures to see all the change details.

It looks like they added a bigger TV, still ended up with more storage, didn’t change the height or the footprint one inch, and it blends into the rest of the room flawlessly. Is there a problem out there that you don’t have a solution for?

A twelve pack of beer, or a good bottle of crown. Every piece of wood seems as if it whispers into your ear. Nice work, excuse me! Outstanding work and thanks for your compliment> Semper Fi!!
