Yesterday I want to make a box for my two first pens ( This is for a present )
A simple box to offer with the pens.

Nice job, Jack. I kinda like the design, particularly the top closing between the two sides. Brass pins through the sides would also be great instead of hinges with this design. How did you dig the nests for the pens? I would guess with a router, but smart as you are, I wouldn’t be surprised that you came up with a better way. To my eye, the slots are close to square for having been digged out with a router bit. In the mean time, thanks for sharing thix nice inspirational box.
