This have been made by small wood peaces I got from friends so sorry to say I don’t know what type of wood it is. Basically I wanted a weather station to keep track of the humidity in the house and I have just finished the construction of a new router jig for another projects. So I thought why not try out what the jig is capable of making.
Sorry for the bad pictures that is taking in the workshop.
It is finished with de-vax shellac.

Cool. I purchased the gauges for a weather station over a year ago. I couldn’t bring myself to make a rectangle blah station. This is great! It gets me thinking of something similar but clearly different. I don’t like exact copies almost as much as dull and boring. I’m considering something like an atom with circling electrons. I’ll keep thinking. Thanks for the ideas.

Very unique design and a great use of the unknown wood scraps : )

Pretty impressive. With this you don’t need weather forcast.

Have your say...
