I have not turned much lately and I slow down even more during the summer. I wanted to make something for my sister as a thank you for a bunch of reasons so I spent Saturday morning making this. This is walnut, 8”, 4 coats of rattle can. It is thinner than my usual one but I like the proportions. It is not anything special, it was just nice to turn something.

Nice Job.

I’ve got about 5 of those to make. A couple for a LJ buddy who sent me the wood.
