Out of Aromatic Red Cedar. Top drawer is a fake, as the “top” is hinged to reveal a storage area in the top half. Raised panels on all four sides, raised using my tablesaw. Secondary wood is pine for drawer sides. Bottom of the storage area is lined with 1/4” thick strips of cedar. Top is a book-match of many boards.

Very nice! You shouldn’t have any bugs in your shop for a while! Well done!

For those that like to raise Shaker Style raised panels, here you go. This frame and panel chest has all the panels raised on the tablesaw. Even the two drawers in the bottom have been beveled to match the other panels.
