A set of raised-panel pine doors made on the tablesaw. Had I thought that hand-sanding the cove cuts would have been so much work I think I would have opted for straight bevel cuts instead.

I love it, TJ. I’m the same boat as you, regarding you personal quote. And when can’t afford raised panel router bits, WE IMPROVISE!! Looks great! I’d love some info about any jigs you used, etc.. I’d love to try this for some projects in mind.

If you don’t mind some serious elbow grease the technique outlined is really pretty easy. You just need to make sure you got nice square stock including a decent piece of scrap with a good straight edge to clamp to your table saw.
