I’ve seen similar versions (though at times much more detailed) of these on LJ’s and other sites. I liked the ideas a lot and decided to try my hand at some basic plaques.

The Jedi Master is for my Father. He loves Star Wars. I’m sure this will end up on the wall right next to his “Jedi in Training” poster, figurines and Mr. Potato Head collection. :) I’m sure my mom will be pleased.

The Hallett Boats is for my Father-in-Law. He’s a boating fanatic and babies his boat. This will most like end up in the garage next to the boat and ski supplies.

Both plaques were made with 3/8” Baltic Birch Plywood and finished with two coats of Danish Oil. I decided not to add a poly or anything else to them as I didn’t have time to test (they are both already in transit) what the results would be. The backing is a stiff black felt.

Is Yoda giving us the “finger”?
That’s not very Jedi of him.
