Here is the latest table I have created. It was made as a housewarming gift for some good friends. The dimensions are 43”long x 13.5” wide x 33.5” tall.
The top is made of solid birdseye maple with cocobolo inlay. The base is all solid curly roasted sugar maple, with cocobolo feet and drawer pull.
The finish is shellac, poly, and wax.
I will be delivering it to our friends tomorrow.

Thanks for looking and taking the time to comment. I want to mention that this was the first time using Photoshop to eliminate the background on my photos. There is some fuzzyness and apparent uneveness. I assure you this is in the photos only, The edges of this table are crisp and the top dead flat and smooth as silk. I’ll be working on my photoshop skills more in the future.

I like your design elements.. inlay top curves matching drawer front curve, etc. as added value to the overall excellent design and build…

with gifts like this, I would think you would have us lining up at your front door…

Beautiful! I really really like the feet detail, and the cocobolo inlay in the top. What a wonderful gift!

Well make, I like the way you did the drawer with a slight curve.
