This was my first woodworking project (with Dad’s supervision). My wife grew up in a family of gardeners and wanted to garden, but alas, we rent at the current moment. So I came up with the idea to build a raised garden. Dad just happened to be visiting and together we came up with the plan. It was a pretty primitive build with no woodworking shop, but I’m really happy with the way it turned out. Now I think I’m addicted and have acquired three saws from Dad and have bought some tools myself.

Thanks everyone! Up next is a bookcase to store all the books I’ve acquired during grad school. I’ll post the results soon.

What a good looking bed! No joke. I’ve been searching for ideas for weeks now and this looks ten times better than anything i’ve seen so far. Any chance you can post the supplies list for this project?
