Redwood Burl Dart Cabinet

Just finished this piece for an up and coming semi-pro dart player. The doors are bookmatched, redwood burl veneer with mirror image interior. I built the case from reclaimed walnut. A splined miter was used to hold it all together. Walnut was the wood of choice for the spline, I wanted something strong but didn’t want it to stand out. The back is top grain black leather. I feel quite certain there will be no beginner players throwing at this board.
