This chair frame looks to be very old and has nice lines. It was in bad shape with one leg rotted and two inches shorter than the others. I repaired it by making a mold and using a two part furniture epoxy. This made it a great candidate for painting. My wife picked out the Turquoise paint and fabric colors. She had a place in mind for the chair. The result is strong and attractive and looks good in its new location.

Very cool. I’d like to learn more about caning. I hope you don’t get brutalized by the wood purists here; if so, please accept my apologies from the outset. Nice work!
