Lady friend at old work asked if I could build a wine rack so I said I dont drink so I would not have a clue but it might turn me to drink. Asked her if she had a plan as for me to look at or picture she brought a picture and I figures one for twelve or so bottles. Wrong 155 bottles and a colored picture is all I had until she showed me where she got the plan and I have no idea where it is now,I’m sure if you google wine rack plans it wil show up.
It is birch 3/4 inch plywood and the criss crosses are pine . I have added the wagon wheels in the intersections because my cuts are a little wide so I bandaided the front. The stain is Watco Drk Walnut

Nice job of improvising on this project. I’ve always said there are no mistakes in woodworking only opportunities for improvement.

Thanks for posting

Wow, definitely mass storage. No one needs to know the ‘wagon wheels’ are a fix for anything. They look like a nice design feature.

I like it, it is very efficient, How big are the individual sections? Maybe 12” by 12”? My wife makes wine and she has been after me to build her a wine rack and this looks like the most efficient use of space, so I think I am going to make a version of it.
