This is a box I made mainly to pass the time in my lunch breaks at work. The lid can be pushed down at either end to open as shown in the poor quality last minute photo. Its 100X200X70mm the main body is beech the top is a beautifully figured but unknown veneer I found. The trim peices are also unknown. Any suggestions? All finished with 3 coats of boiled linseed oil and one of wax polish. It was fun to make and very pleasing when finished. Now to find a contents for it.
All suggestions, comments and criticisms welcome.
