This is my latest project made from a Slab of Walnut. I had the slab planed and then I sanded it and finished it with 4 coats of spar urethane. Right now it is sitting on 2 logs temporarily until I finish new logs and figure out how to attach the logs. Anyone have any ideas on the best way to attach the legs?

Big screws from the top an plug the holes. Dowels. Or trace the shape of the log, router an chisel it out for a nice tight mortise an tenon fit. Nice bench by the way!
