I made this because I had the general idea in my head for a while and just had to go and execute. 1oo% scrap wood and MDF.
Sadie (the cat in the left half of the picture) stands watch over it for me. She is 1oo% feline.

Interesting….
The cat is just waiting for you to leave so that it can use it as a scratching post (believe me I have a couple of cats and have seen that look before :-).

As interesting as it is, it looks upside down. Are you planning any drawer pulls? Any other pics of the completed project?
It looks cool, what purpose is it intended for?

Purpose? Who needs a purpose? Nooooo, it’s not upside down. On the contrary, the base at the bottom serves as stability! Ha!
No purpose at all. I just had the general idea and executed it. No hardware either. Just poke one side and the drawer opens on the other. Omni-directional drawers! Hooda thunk?
Sadie, my fuzzy cat, has no front claws much to her dismay. So the tower of boxes is safe for now.
