First two wine bottle stoppers that I made. Got the idea from Darryl. Thanks Darryl!! The one on the left is made with red oak and walnut. Right one is made with Brazilian Cherry and european beech. Finished both with Tung Oil. Using my uncle’s lathe right now. Would like to buy one myself. (dont want to spend a lot of money) Anybody have any reviews? Thanks

nice work! they both came out great! what is that, 144 pcs in each?
I’m using the Jet Mini lathe. I don’t have any complaints, though if i were to get another one would get the variable speed option.

They look great! What tool did you use to make the pieces? I have a Jet lathe also and I don’t have variable speed. I was on a budget and I wanted my lathe to last ( i thought that variable speed sounded prone to breakage from all the electronics). Hope this helped. Message me if you would consider sharing your secrets on how you made them.
