Have you ever gone to the lumber yard and seen a piece of wood that you just thought was too pretty to pass up? Well this happened to me a while back but the trouble was it was only board and not very big. I bought it anyway and had it sitting in my shop for quite a while trying to figure out what to make with it.
Well here is what it turned into. The wood is flame birch, the clock works came from Klockit and the finish is hand rubbed true oil. I’m quite happy with how it turned out, hope you all enjoy it too.

One of my all time favorite woods and this is the first time I’ve seen that beautiful clock face used : )
