Winter has come and gone and still the phone sits in silence.
It was supposed to start ringing by April 1st. It always does.

Wait…..a message!

God…. I hope it’s a big Kitchen job!.... Maybe, a walnut entertainment center…. An addition?

What if my new Linked in profile got me a big job offer?...... Could I ever consider working for someone else again? I don’t want to but I can’t sit around waiting for the world to turn around either.

Well, lets see…… who called. Probably wants to sell me windows and siding.
Please leave a message at the beep……beeeeeep.

Hello? Um…..Hi mauk……It’s (6 year old, “Prince”) William. Um,..... I was hoping I could hire you to fix my xylophone. I was playing with it and it broke. So, please call me back right away……OK?

Perfect!

.
300,000.00 to Gut and Remodel a 1942 kitchen,...... very nice.
.
.
Build a huge, one of a kind, solid walnut dining room hutch with glass doors,.....part of a Legacy.
.
.
Fix a 6 year old boy’s little toy xylophone on a lazy Saturday afternoon…….priceless!

You must have done something right if he knew just who to call. Great story.

Nice one “Mauk”. When word of this starts to spread you’re phone is going to be jumping off the wall.
