Amazing! That looks just like the one I just made. hahaha, NOT! I really love the projects that you took beyond the “simple” turning and carved them into something really special like this one.

I’m running out of sufficient adjectives to use in praising these beautiful objects. Love the sculpting…and the color is just unbelievable….this one is definitely iin the running for one of my favorites….this is reminiscent of the John Jordan sculpted vessels….but the color here really brings the sculpting to the forefront…a real stunner here…great eye candy Joe….

The colour is unbelievable on this one Joe, not to mention the form & execution as a whole of course.

Man, I have to get to this level. I want to use your technique on my spiral cones, I have your blog about your staining process printed out! This is unbelievable!

I’m a huge fan of your work, but there is something about this one that has an even “extra”pop for me. Tiger Eye is a perfect name for it – the colors are exceptional. The surface is like glass – then there’s the surprise of the small voids/texture. I love this piece!
