Inspired by Andy, I started playing around with making larger style Palm Boxes. The lid is walnut, sides are olive and the front and back are bocote.

Very nice indeed. Wonderful tones and that Bocote stands out against the other woods.I like the weathered grey driftwood backdrop, it makes the box stand out.

Well done! Good choice of wood.I’ve made several of the smaller ones and given them away to friends, They seem to appreciate something handmade.
