This is the 45 Degree miter sled described in my Workin’ With What You Got blog series. It was built from shop cut offs and Incra runners. I added an axillary fence and stop block to make repeatable length cuts. It’s not fancy but makes amazingly accurate miters. I posted free plans, sketchup drawing and links to Incra resources on my web site .

Thanks for looking,

Randy

Great sled. Thanks for posting it Randy and for putting the plans up on your website. I think I’ll have to try building one when I can walk normal again. haha

Wow, Randy. Thanks. I built a 90 degree angle sled that is NOT up to par and I guess I shouldn’t have used a scrap 2X4 with a knot in it! ALways living and learning. Cheers.

Nice job Randy, the effort you put into this jig will be worth its weight in gold. I dont use mine all the time but when i need it, it saves time and eliminates frustration.

Thanks – It’s a simple jig, but quick to set up & use and gives good results. I’ve used it on several projects.
