This is a quick trivet that I made using V-carving and some solid surface material as a gift for a friend with a new puppy. Carving was enhanced with white paint and then flattened using a random orbit sander.

Yes, and how about another angle picture and why the leo cross out name?

Sorry about the delay in responding…oops.
The pattern was a derived from a line drawing of a Scottie. The name was crossed out because the giftee had previously named the dog Lenny and then decided to switch to Leo.
